What we collect

Your nickname, email, age, the scoring group you pick, your gym if you give it, and your emergency contact.

Your answers to the health screening, and the results of your tests.

A payment reference for your order. We never see or store your card details. Stripe takes the payment for us.

Why we use it

To hold your place, score you on the day, send you your results, and keep you safe while you test.

To answer your questions and sort out anything that goes wrong with your booking or your self-test.

Health information

Your health screening answers are a special kind of personal data. We only use them to keep you safe on the day.

You give us permission to use them when you tick the health box. You can take that permission back at any time by emailing us.

Photos

The booking form has a photos box. If you leave it empty, we will not use pictures of you.

Emailing you later

If you tick the box for future emails, we may email you about the next event. You can ask us to stop at any time.

We only email you about your booking and your payment when we need to.

Who we share it with

Stripe, to take your payment. Our email service, to send your receipt and your link. The staff running your session.

We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your details and your results for as long as we need them to run the event and keep our records straight.

You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to fix it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it.

Just email us and we will sort it out.
