Who we are

Athletes' Web is run by Vinco Health Ltd, company number 15659344. Our registered office is Unit 1a Abito Building, 85 Greengate, Salford, M3 7NA.

Who can take part

You must be 18 or over to book, to buy a self-test and to take part.

You must be healthy enough to exercise. If you are not sure, speak to your GP before you book.

Health screening

Before you book a place or buy a self-test, you tick a health screening. It asks about chest pain, dizziness, high blood pressure, joint problems and any medicine you take.

Please answer it honestly. It is there to keep you safe on the day.

If anything changes before your session, tell us and do not test.

What it costs

A place at the Tenfold Combine is £45. A self-test is £25 for one person, and a pair test is £40 for two linked profiles.

Prices are in pounds. Card payments are handled by Stripe.

Your place is only held once we have your payment.

If we cancel or move the date

If we cancel the event or move it to another date, you get a full refund of what you paid.

We will email you as soon as we can so you are not left waiting.

If you cannot make it

You can pass your place to someone else up to 48 hours before the event. Email us their details so we can update the health screening and emergency contact.

We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind.

The self-test

The self-test is done on your own, away from our event. Pick a safe place to run it and warm up first.

Stop if anything hurts or feels wrong. You test at your own risk.

Your results

Your results are private. We do not share them with anyone unless you ask us to, or unless the law says we must.
